Mosaic Kits - Eye Dears

Eye-Dears was started 7 years ago by Fleur Robinson (one of the 3friends) to provide creative inspiration to both adults and children.  “I fell in love with doing mosaics – the incredible variety of colours and textures they offer.  I also used to hate walking into toy stores and seeing mountains of imported goods, mostly made from plastic, that would end up in the bin in a couple of years.  I wanted to provide a tactile activity that would encourage creativity, but make something lasting.  That’s when I began to design and put together mosaic kits.”  Eye-Dears mosaic kits cater for all ages and abilities and her creative range now includes paints and stencils.   Fleur, who lives in the Natal Midlands, runs mosaic sessions for adults and children and in between time works on her own mosaic artworks as well as doing mosaic commissions.
