Terri Pin
Terri and her husband Doug have lived in Pietermaritzburg for almost fifty years now, with their son and daughter having grown up and been educated here. Deryk, their son, still lives in the city with his wife and daughter, while Shayne, their daughter, has lived in the United Kingdom for over twenty years, marrying there and becoming a mother to three of their granddaughters.
Terri has always had an interest in fabrics and sewing but preferred to stay away from the stressful things like trying to make garments fit other people. The aprons and bags and other items she now produces are utilitarian with a dash of personal art, and she’s always on the lookout to expand her range of products.
The woodwork is Doug’s province, concentrating on simple items that are useful in the home and office while using the beauty of wood to add to the pleasure of our daily lives.
